Character Consistency
Keeping the same character recognizable across many generated images or video shots — same face, hair, outfit, proportions. It is one of GenAI's hardest problems, because every generation starts fresh. Working techniques: reference images of the character, highly detailed repeated descriptions (exact hair, eyes, clothing in every prompt), fixed seeds for variations, and models with built-in character features. Essential for storytelling, comics, brand mascots, and multi-scene video. Example: generate one hero image of your mascot, then use it as a reference in every subsequent scene instead of re-describing it from scratch.
