Voice Cloning

audio

Recreating a specific person's voice from sample recordings — sometimes from just seconds of audio — so new speech can be generated in that voice. Legitimate uses are powerful: narrating your own content at scale, dubbing yourself into other languages, restoring voices lost to illness. But it is also deepfake territory: cloning someone without consent is unethical and increasingly illegal. Platforms typically require verified consent before cloning. The rule: clone your own voice or licensed voices only, and disclose AI narration where your audience would reasonably expect a human.
